Delete your Bissbilanz account

You can permanently delete your Bissbilanz account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app

1. Sign in to Bissbilanz (web, Android or iOS).
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account in the danger zone at the bottom and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email me@orellbuehler.ch from the address associated with your account and your account will be deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

All data stored for your account is permanently removed from the server, including:

• Account information (name, email)
• Food diary entries, custom foods, recipes and uploaded images
• Weight, sleep and supplement logs
• Goals, preferences and sessions

No data is retained after deletion. Data stored only on your device (in the mobile apps' local-only mode) is under your control and can be removed by uninstalling the app.
